All Modic Wear products are made-to-order, which means we print and fulfill each item specifically for you. As a result, we only accept returns for defective, damaged, or misprinted items.
If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or has a printing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we’ll issue a free replacement or a full refund.
We do not offer returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or incorrect shipping address. Please review all sizing and shipping details carefully before placing your order.
